Delivery

We currently ship from Sweden to Sweden and EU countries. If we don’t ship to your country and you are interested in one of our products, please contact shop@trollheimstudios.com as more countries will be available over time.

Available delivery options, prices, and estimated delivery times are always shown at checkout.

  • Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Tracking is provided whenever the carrier supports it.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Returns & Exchanges

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason required. Please notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires and return the goods without undue delay. Items should be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. We do not cover return shipping for standard returns.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, place a new order on our website. A new shipping fee applies, and you also pay for the return shipping on the original order.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at shop@trollheimstudios.com. We'll cover return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Swedish consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds include the product price and the original standard shipping cost where applicable.
