These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. Product availability and prices may change without notice. All product information is subject to change and may not always reflect the latest updates.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT (25%). Payment is accepted via Shopify Payments, Klarna, Swish, and Credit Card. Payment is only processed when your order is confirmed. All payments are subject to verification and approval by the payment provider.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to Sweden and EU countries as specified during checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicated per product and/or at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via the email provided at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, according to the Distance Selling Act (Distansavtalslagen). To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us. The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Returns and Complaints
Defective or damaged products will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen). To return a product or file a complaint, please contact us. Returns must include the order number and reason for return.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. In the case of defective products, our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund according to Swedish law.

10. Marketing
We may send newsletters or promotional offers if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, or transport issues.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts. Consumers may also contact Konsumentverket or ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) for guidance on disputes.

Shipping area
We currently ship to Sweden and EU countries.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment and depend on delivery method, destination, and order value. All prices are shown including VAT (moms).
Delivery time
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. carrier delays, holidays). Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods & carriers
We use trusted carriers for delivery. Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided whenever the carrier supports it.
Delays
If delivery is significantly delayed, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to cancel the purchase if delivery is unreasonably delayed.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to the actual return and handling costs.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (for example by email) before the withdrawal period expires. Contact us at magic@trollheimstudios.com. You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days. The product must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise stated. We do not cover return shipping for standard returns.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods (or proof of return), we will refund you within 14 days. Refunds include the product price and the original standard shipping cost (if applicable). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Reduced refund
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital content delivered electronically, if delivery has begun with your consent
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at magic@trollheimstudios.com. In such cases, we will cover return shipping and you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
