The Black Iron patination is a handcrafted technique used by Trollheim’s Senior Creature Designer Hannes Rhodin in our in-house smithy. The process combines a deep black resin with a fine iron powder that then oxides and creates the orange rust look making every sculpture a certain amount of uniqueness.
