Fulgir was known for her kindness and fearless devotion to her kind. Once saved from a winter river by Sýstir, she became a bridge between worlds, until corruption forced an impossible choice. In the end, Fulgir gave her life to seal away the threat to the Dark Forest, choosing protection over survival.
Patination
Iron Rust
The iron rust patination is a handcrafted technique used by Trollheim’s Senior Creature Designer Hannes Rhodin in our in-house smithy. The process combines a deep black resin with a fine iron powder that then oxides and creates the orange rust look making every sculpture a certain amount of uniqueness.
